Eunice Narváez Díaz, a Mexican entrepreneur originally from the south of Mexico, is the heart and vision behind Chili Roots Canada. Raised in a culture rich in flavor, tradition, and culinary artistry, she transformed her roots into a brand with purpose.

Her journey as an immigrant came with challenges, but through resilience and determination, she built a company that represents authenticity, leadership, and cultural pride.
